Aerial Hoop, an exciting and visually stunning discipline, has seen a surge in popularity. Involving a hoop suspended in the air, you’ll learn to move around, create shapes inside, on top, or underneath the hoop. This dynamic exercise blends strength, flexibility, and grace - a full-body workout.

Claire’s expert guidance will help you build core strength, improve upper body power, and master the elegant, flowing movements in the air.
