Time really does fly when you’re in bloom. It’s six fabulous years since the effervescent Kerry Thomas brought Mad Hatter Floral Design to Beenham, and two since she wowed Aldermaston with her signature shop.

Raised on a local farm, Kerry always dreamed of floristry. To keep things local, she grows much of her stock over in Tadley, topping up with British blooms when needed.

Fancy a festive flourish? To mark the milestone, Mad Hatter’s is launching a brilliant competition. You can win a place for you and a friend at one of Kerry’s popular annual Christmas wreath- making masterclasses this December.

Picture two delightful hours selecting seasonal foliage and embellishments eye www.madhatterfloraldesign.co.uk to create your own Yuletide masterpiece. The workshop will run on Saturday 6th December at Aldermaston Parish Hall and costs £65 per person, including tuition, all components and refreshments. Further workshops will be held at The Rowbarge.

Kerry is not just a flower whizz. Her repertoire also includes balloons and bespoke designs for every life event, from weddings to new arrivals.
