 If you haven’t been down to The George & Dragon in Swallowfield yet, you’re seriously missing out! This beautifully restored 17th‐century Grade II–listed country pub is owned and run by the team behind Siren Craft Brew. They offer seasonal, locally sourced dishes—classic comforts and creative sharing plates - alongside their award‐winning beers, cheeky glasses of wine, and crafted cocktails. Inside, you’ll find exposed beams and open fires. Outside, grab a pint, wine, cocktail—or dine al fresco on their new patio—while soaking up stunning rolling countryside views.

Open Tuesday–Saturday from 12:00–23:00, and Sunday 12:00–17:00. To celebrate all things summer, we have a meal for two at The George & Dragon (with two courses and wine) to give away.
