With each scene more spectacular than the last, you’ll be transported to the glittering depths of the Genie’s cave.
Making his highly anticipated debut at The Anvil is none other than James Mackenzie, best known for his captivating role in the children’s adventure game show Raven. As the wickedly charming Abanazar, Mackenzie brings a new level of menace and flair for the ultimate battle of good versus evil. His commanding presence and sinister charm are sure to keep you on the edge of your seats.
Joining him is Basingstoke’s favourite funny man, Chris Pizzey, returning once again to deliver his signature slapstick comedy, unforgettable routines, and a barrel of laughs that will have the whole family in stitches. His energy and comedic timing bring the perfect balance of joy and hilarity.
Also coming back is Nic Gibney for his fourth panto at The Anvil! Playing his favourite Dame Widow Twankey, watch out, men of Basingstoke - she’s coming for your smalls!

Winners will be announced on Facebook. The prize is a Family ticket (a family ticket is 2 adults, 2 children) to see Aladdin at The Anvil, Basingstoke on Saturday 13th December at 6pm, plus a signed poster and a chance to meet some of the stars of the show (meet & greet is not guaranteed and is subject cast availability). Winner must be over 18. No cash alternative. Entries will be passed to Anvil Arts for validation, who may offer a voucher to runners-up.
